By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never share, sell, or use Your Content for any other purpose.

We strive to keep Calm Diary available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failures, software errors, or other unforeseen events.
The Calm Diary application, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Diary and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Calm Diary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may stop using Calm Diary at any time by deleting your account. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to retrieve it, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calm Diary operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
